Gooddler Health is an AI-powered social entrepreneurship training and community-opportunities matching platform, targeting women in the US enrolled in drug abuse treatment programs, to give them the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure productive social involvement, through volunteering or meaningful employment in chosen communities, after they complete the treatment.

UX Designer.
We are hiring for a talented user experience designer to join our small team. In this role, you will be designing interfaces for persons in recovery to help assess their vocational skills and connect them to volunteer and professional opportunities. You’ll work directly with the COO to gain user feedback to influence the interface designs and experiments. In addition, you’ll work directly with the CTO to implement the interfaces and get them in front of our users.
The role can be done either in-office or remote. There will be a limited need for some in-person meetings in San Francisco to conduct design sessions and user interviews as needed.
The role will be flexible for the right candidate to leverage their existing skills, including participating in the implementation of the interfaces, data collection, and our data science / machine learning analysis.

Responsibilities
Design compelling, creative, and user-centered experiences
Create UX storyboards, page layouts, and site grids
Interview users when possible and collate feedback for input into design
Conduct A/B experiments to determine efficacy of interface designs
Create clean, organized deliverables
Experience Required
> 1 year of UX / UI Design experience
Portfolio of previous projects
Helpful Additions
Research experience, especially in a clinical setting
Data science
HTML / CSS / Javascript
InVision app or similar design tool experience
Curiosity and a passion for creating
Data Scientist.
